By registering for Pages & Platforms course, group coaching, or other program or event, you agree to these terms and conditions. Pages & Platforms, LLC retains the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice, and you agree to accept such modifications.

Access:

For courses and workshops: registrants will have 12 months of access to the course material, including any additions or enhancement that take place during that period. Registrants are free to download and retain forever any pdf or ebook materials unless otherwise noted.

For the Happily Ever Author Club, registrants must pay monthly to maintain membership. You may download any materials at appear as downloadable unless otherwise noted.

Refund:

Pages and Platforms does not make any representation, promises, or guarantee of results or success. Our programs and events require your involvement, and you are expected to participate. Should you choose not to participate, or should you withdraw from a course, workshop, group coaching program or membership program, no refund is offered for any reason.

Cancellation:

Pages and Platforms reserves the right to cancel or modify any event or program at any time, for any reason, with or without notification.

Community Guidelines:

Pages and Platforms will create a community of writers and all participants are expected to engage in professional conduct. By signing up for an event or program, you agree to the comply with the following guidelines.

Pages and Platforms retains the right to remove an individual from group coaching for harassment based upon, but not limited to, race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.

Harvesting of personal information, email addresses, documents, mailing addresses, phone number, etc., by any participant is strictly prohibited.

Posting materials in violation of trademark or copyright are prohibited. Profanity, offensive or inappropriate statements, documents or photos, advertisements, or inflammatory posts are prohibited and may result in removal from any event or program. Pages and Platforms, in its sole discretion, will determine whether materials and posts are in violation of these guidelines and will remove the participant(s) from the event or program.

These terms of use apply only to our Pages and Platforms websites, and not to sites maintained by any other companies or organizations, including those we link to during the course or coaching program.

Pages and Platforms does not maintain, create, endorse, recommend, exercise, have control over, or take responsibility for advertising, online or in-person courses, services, products, content, copyright, trademark, or privacy through any other site, including those we link to, and does not sponsor, endorse, or approve the information, content, proceeds, materials, opinions or services contained on such external sites. Reference to any specific products, processes, or services, or the use of any trade, firm, or corporation name is for the information and convenience of the user, and does not constitute endorsement or recommendation by Pages and Platforms. The user proceeds to those external sites at their own risk.

Confidentiality:

All information posted and discussed in the group coaching program is strictly confidential, and participants are prohibited from sharing comments, documents, videos, or screenshots outside the coaching program. From time to time, Pages and Platforms may request permission to share or quote a statement from a participant, for example, as a testimonial. In such cases, Pages and Platforms will explicitly gain written permission, and will provide appropriate attribution to the source.

The materials created and shared by Pages and Platforms in this group coaching session are copyrighted and proprietary unless otherwise indicated. Participants agree not to duplicate or distribute this information in any manner without express written permission. Any unauthorized use or distribution of our Pages and Platforms proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property is prohibited.
